Why this exists

Built by an agent who needed it, not a vendor who studied you.

I am a licensed final expense agent. I run my own book at my own brokerage, and I built this because I was drowning in the same work you are: leads I paid for going stale, calls I could not answer, and rules I had to enforce on myself with sticky notes.

I tried the stack everyone tries. A dialer here, a scheduler there, a CRM that thought I sold software, and a shelf of subscriptions that never spoke to each other. Every tool assumed I had a staff. I did not. I had me.

So this is not a generic demo assembled for a market category. It is the operating system I am building from the same independent-agent work I have to manage: leads, calls, appointments, lead relationships, policies, commissions, follow-up, marketing, and compliance. The production substrate is real, but agent activation stays gated until each launch responsibility is accepted. That honesty is part of the product.

If you are an independent agent doing this alone, this was built for exactly you. Because it was built for exactly me.

What we will never do.

Promises about what the product does are easy. These are promises about what it will not do.

The AI will never write the business.

Jessica may share a ballpark estimate on a call, always labeled as an estimate without underwriting. The exact quote and the application are human work, done by you, the licensed agent, at the appointment. That line is permanent.

Your book stays scoped to your organization.

Lead records, activity, and operating history are organization-scoped. Access and export behavior must follow real product permissions and the activation terms, not a hidden cross-organization shortcut.

Calling cannot outrun the rules.

The public dialer is off during acceptance. When calling is approved for use, calling windows, do-not-call state, attempt limits, tenant scope, and runtime gates remain ahead of dispatch.

Your book stays yours alone.

Each organization's data is isolated from every other. Nobody else on the platform sees your leads, your calls, or your numbers. Not other agents, not anyone.

“The whole pitch is one sentence: your leads get called on time, your phone gets answered, your calendar gets filled, and the rules get followed. Everything else is detail.”
