Privacy policy

This policy explains the information Final Expense OS collects from independent agents who join the free waitlist or use the product.

Waitlist information

The public form asks for an email address and, if you choose to share them, first and last name. We also record submission time, landing page, referral and campaign context, request metadata used for abuse prevention, and the form context so we can understand where the request originated.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm your waitlist request, email you as soon as Final Expense OS is available to use, measure acquisition, prevent abuse, and support onboarding when the product is ready.

Service providers

Supabase stores durable waitlist records. Resend sends transactional confirmation. GoHighLevel receives a deduplicated contact and lifecycle tag. Railway hosts the public application. Each provider receives only the information required for its role.

Consent and choices

Submitting the form asks us to email you when Final Expense OS is available to use. It does not create a general marketing subscription or payment. You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal by emailing Charmaneackerman.criticallife@gmail.com.

Product data

Agent workspace data is organization-scoped and handled under the applicable account agreement. Public funnel data is not used to bypass account authorization or insurance compliance boundaries.
