These terms cover the public waitlist. Product activation terms may add account-specific details before service begins.

Waitlist

Joining the free waitlist creates no purchase obligation, subscription, guaranteed activation date, or immediate access to acceptance-gated capabilities. We may email you when Final Expense OS is available to use.

Standard pricing

Public monthly pricing after activation is $199 for Starter, $299 for Pro, and $499 for Elite. Capability scope and billing terms are confirmed before an account is activated.

Availability and changes

Acceptance-gated and planned labels are not promises that every capability is available today. We may improve the product and update plan scope before activation, and we will disclose the applicable scope before billing begins.

Insurance boundaries

Final Expense OS supports business operations. It is not a carrier, agency, legal adviser, or substitute for licensed judgment. Quotes, policy recommendations, and applications stay with the appropriately licensed human and current carrier sources.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to bypass consent, suppression, licensing, organization boundaries, provider rules, or applicable law. Automated capabilities remain subject to technical and operational controls.
